All rates are inclusive of Florida sales and tourist taxes - please bear this in mind when comparing prices as it could add 13% to your total!

The pool heater is extra (£80), but is not needed for the summer months.

FAQ's

How do I get access to the villa?

    You will be sent a security code that will enable you to open the lockbox by the front door which has a key inside. Extra keys are held in the house.

Why is there a black cage around the pool?

    The cage is to keep insects out but let the sunlight in.

Can you provide a welcome pack?

    We provide a variety of items ready in the home when you arrive - basically enough to allow you to make a cuppa before venturing out to the nearby Wal-Mart. We can provide a more comprehensive pack if required - please enquire for details.

What don't you provide?

    The villa is fully equipped, including bedding and towels, but ongoing consumables will need to be bought when you buy your food and drink. Both Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie are within a few minutes walk or drive, and can provide everything that you will need.

Do you provide buoyancy aids for children?

    Due to legal restrictions we are not able to do this, however Wal-Mart is nearby and sells a wide range of floatation aids for children and adults.

How do I check availability?
